This service is designed for planned, elective orthopedic care. It is not an emergency service. Patients with acute trauma or urgent symptoms should seek immediate care locally.
You send us basic details and what you need. We confirm whether the case falls within planned, elective orthopedic care, complete consent and privacy records, and send you an invitation to our secure channel for clinical documents. Please do not send medical records or images by email or through the website form.
Once records and imaging have arrived through the secure channel and the clinical team has accepted the case, Beijing-based specialists review it and issue a preliminary assessment in English: whether treatment is feasible, the likely surgical direction, and what further information is needed.
We prepare a treatment plan summary and a transparent cost estimate, and coordinate pre-authorization, guarantee of payment and claims documentation with your insurer or TPA. Coverage for planned treatment overseas varies by policy and requires case-by-case confirmation.
With the plan and payment route confirmed, we support visa and travel arrangements, coordinate admission, and provide interpretation and on-site support during the hospital stay. Clinical care is delivered by the hospital.
We help close out billing and claims documentation, provide discharge records in English, and set up a follow-up plan that your local clinicians can continue.
Acute trauma and emergencies, and cases where specialist review concludes that cross-border referral is not appropriate. In those cases we say so and stop.
JINGBEI is a cross-border medical service coordinator and third-party administrator. It is not a hospital and does not provide medical care, diagnosis or treatment. Clinical care is delivered by licensed hospitals; specialist case assessment is provided by Beijing-based orthopedic specialists.
Enquiry and intake, specialist case review, treatment plan with estimate and authorization, travel and surgery, then discharge, settlement and follow-up.
Each step has explicit handoff conditions that must be met before the next begins. Medical records and imaging are accepted only through a secure channel, never by email or the website form.
