JINGBEI is a cross-border medical service coordinator and third-party administrator (TPA). We are not a hospital and we do not provide medical care, diagnosis or treatment. All clinical care is delivered by licensed hospitals and physicians.

Content on this website is provided for general information only and is not medical advice. Always consult a qualified physician regarding your condition and treatment options.

This service is designed for planned, elective orthopedic care. It is not an emergency service. Patients with acute trauma or urgent symptoms should seek immediate care locally.

4. No guaranteed outcomes

We coordinate access to services, but we do not guarantee appointments, treatment outcomes, hospital acceptance, or visa results. Availability of specific physicians, hospitals, or treatment programs may change without notice.

5. Insurance and billing

Insurance coverage and billing arrangements depend on your insurer and the treating hospital, are subject to eligibility and approval, and are not guaranteed. Coverage for planned treatment overseas varies by policy and requires case-by-case confirmation.

6. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information. You remain responsible for your own decisions regarding treatment.

7. Third parties

Hospitals, insurers, third-party administrators and other providers are independent parties. Decisions regarding diagnosis, treatment, admission, scheduling, pricing, and insurance reimbursement are made by the relevant third parties. We are not liable for their acts or omissions.

8. Intellectual property

Content on this website is owned by Beijing Jingbei Jiuzhou Health Management Co., Ltd. or its licensors. Hospital names, marks and materials are used with permission of the respective rights holders.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, JINGBEI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or of our coordination services.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Beijing, China.
